Taq-e Bostan

The highway, one of the most famous tourist destinations in the city of Kermanshah, is a collection of Sassanid inscriptions and inscriptions in the northwest of Kermanshah. This collection has a lot of artistic and historical value, which includes two big and small arches and several inscriptions. What is carved on two-arched rocks, historical coronation scenes of Khosro Parviz, the reign of Ardeshir II, the coronation of Shahpur II and III. The presence of the mountains and springs in this place has made it an amusement park that has been considered from ancient times to the present day. This work was registered on the 15th of December, 1310 in the National Iranian Book List. Historical collection of Bisotun is located 30 km northeast of Kermanshah, southwest of Bisotun city, and on the same foot in the mountains of Hamedan to Kermanshah. The arctic or arctic arch is located on the path of Kaghgh on the path of Kermanshah to Sar Pul Zahab. The construction of this arch is a porch space completely made of rocky blocks that have been cut into rectangular cubes. The walls are carved with geometric patterns. No detailed information is available about the time of construction and the dating of this building, but some attribute it to the Parthian or Sasanian period. On the other hand, archaeological evidence shows that the monument seems to belong to the late Sassanid period and the time of Khosrow II's rule. To reach this work, about 200 meters after the checkpoint, enter the subway to the left and after about 500 meters you will reach the arch.

Tomb of Ahmad bin Ishaq Qomi

Astan Ahmad bin Ishaq Qomi in the city of Sar-e-Pol-e Zahab, Kermanshah, is one of the most important sightseeing and pilgrimages of the city, located almost in the center of the city. Quri Qala Cave

Qouri Qaleh Cave is located in Kermanshah Province, 87 km from Kermanshah and 25 km from Paveh. The cave is built on the slopes of the Shahu mountain range and inside of the calcareous minerals, and its crateral height is about 1200 meters above sea level. Now the cave consists of two parts. The first part, which is about 500 meters in length, consists of two hallways and interconnecting corridors, and lighting from various angles has become a beautiful place for tourism; the second part is separated by a ferrous iron from the tourist sector. This part of the cave has many natural obstacles and for this reason only the climbers who bring the necessary equipment can visit this section of the cave. Parve Cave


The Prav Cave is the name of the cave in the mountain of Pravo, located 12 km northeast of Kermanshah, between Taḵ Bostan Mountain and Bishtun Mountain. The cave is located south of a region called Pravo Square, 300 meters below the Sheikh Ali Khan peak or Pravo Peak. Pravo in the local language means full of water. The Pravo cave was discovered 40 years ago. It was then the largest vertical cave in the world, and has therefore dubbed the Everest caves in the world. The Pravo Cave is the second national natural effect of Kermanshah, which was registered by the Iranian Environmental Protection Agency in 2009. Many deep caves are now found in the world, which are much deeper than the Pravo cave. The Prave cave is ranked 212th in the list of the world's deepest caves. One of the unique features of the Provo cave is its mouth at an altitude of 3,000 meters above sea level. This height is the highest level among all the caves in the world.

Lily head


The Niloufar Lake is a small lake 20 kilometers northwest of Kermanshah. The lake is full of lotus flowers, and in warm seasons, the buds and leaves of the head meet the water and cover a lot of it. Hashilan wetland

Hasheylan Wetland is located about 30 km northwest of Kermanshah. The Kermanshah Environmental Protection Agency has banned this wetland as a hunting and shooting area. In this wetland, there are about 110 small and large islands with an area of approximately 100 square meters to about one hectare, some of which are hidden under water during the winter and in rainy days due to increased waterlogging of the water in the lagoon. The name of the lagoon is based on the Kurdish dialect, consisting of two parts, "hash" meaning "snake" and "lan" meaning home. So the name of the Heshailan means nests because there are a lot of snakes in this wetland, especially the blue snake and snake chipper.
